IL ROVERE: this is the name we wanted to choose for our house.
When we saw the house we immediately fell in love with the splendid OAK that dominates it.

Then we decided that our house should be open to all those that would like to rest here with us during their journey in this area… and B&B IL ROVERE was born. Il Rovere is located in a beautiful wood near an ancient farmstead and but it is just a few steps from the splendid Maggiore and Orta Lakes.
From Il Rovere you can reach in few minutes the Maggiore and Orta lakes, the wonderful Alpes dominated by the Monte Rosa (Pink Mount).

The B&B consists of 2 bedrooms, or 2 mini apartments with a small terrace with comfortable chairs, double bedroom, relaxation-living area with breakfast corner, sofa, mini fridge, kettle; bathroom with shower, towel warmer and hairdryer. For the little ones we have cots, high chairs, changing tables, and other amenities.

For your stay you can choose from two cozy mini apartments:
"LAGO MAGGIORE" "MONTE ROSA".
We gave both them the name of what's around us and what we love, and their colors
recall their names...
Each room consists of a bedroom, bathroom with large shower, living room / relaxation-living area with free WI-FI connection, sofa and terrace.
In addition, the two apartments are communicating, in fact a double soundproof door divides them, but if you are two families you should want to keep in touch!
Breakfast is typical Italian, but if you have special needs, intolerances or allergies we will be happy to help you and eventually be satisfied. You will be offered directly in the rooms.
The rooms are equipped with tea kettle, coffee machine with pods and a small refrigerator. In the evening we will bring you everything you need for your breakfast and in the morning you will be free to get up early for excursions ... or .... very late to enjoy a moment of relaxation!
... our living room will always be available to chat in front of a good hot coffee or a cold drink ...
You can relax on the terraces, that are equipped with comfortable armchairs, or enjoy the bright lawn that surrounds the whole house.
If you are traveling with your children, they can play on the swings or on the trampoline. But remember to supervise the children when they get on the games in the garden, the liveliness of the little ones can always generate a danger !!
Children with us are welcome, we can offer you cots, pushchairs, high chairs and other amenities to make them feel at home.
During summer you can use the above ground pool, beach towels will be at your disposal.
The B&B Il Rovere is also open to those who love to be able to move continuously:
- if you arrive with your CAMPER, you will find a large parking area
- if you arrive by MOTORBIKE, your "appendix" will be parked inside the structure.
- if you arrive with your BOAT, there is room for it too! Inside our structure

We have set up a charging station for electric cars and bikes, you will pay for consumed KWh
Accessing the B&B and each room is independent, therefore there are no time constraints.
Guests can reach the property throughout the day, agreeing with us the time, even by phone. Also on the day of departure we will agree, except the need to have the rooms at a pre-arranged time.
